Finding Joan has meant that we get to spend the time enjoying our meal, lingering longer over it, and simply relaxing. It has meant priceless family time, at home.

We would probably fall under the "in a rut" category, and never thought we would broaden our food horizons. Yet we like to try new choices from her repertoire, and have loved each and every item. We also come back to favorites such as the salmon with marmalade glaze, the London broil, and her pureed sweet potatoes.

Joan has been amazing with her ability to accommodate the variety of preferences within our family. She's happy to adapt her offerings to individual tastes or dietary requirements.

Our daughter loves coming home, to the smell of Joan's cooking, after school. She said it's like an elf came over and cooked our dinner. Indeed, there must be magic involved. Thank you, Joan.
