Complete meals consisting of entrees and appropriate side dishes - four servings of each entree

4 different meals (16 servings)	$230 plus groceries and packaging costs
3 different meals (12 servings)	$210 plus groceries and packaging costs

Entrees only, you add your own side dishes - four servings of each entree

• Prices effective January 1st, 2007 and subject to change without notice
• All packages include initial consultation, menu planning, shopping, cooking, packaging and labeling, heating instructions and cleanup.
• Weekly, biweekly, monthly services are available.
• Grocery costs and packaging costs are not included in above rates. Grocery costs will be dependent on your choices of food. Packaging costs will depend on how you want your meals packaged. I will purchase any needed packaging supplies and include them with your grocery bills.
• Special Diets: When additional time is needed for menu planning, calculations or shopping at specialty food stores, a $35 fee per cooking date will be added. Not all special diets incur a special diet fee.
• Payment: Payment of a grocery deposit and the Personal Chef fee is due in advance of the cooking date. Any overpayment of the grocery deposit will be credited to the next session or refunded. Payment methods are personal checks and cash.
